1. The Defendants are to the Plaintiff:
A. Of the land size of 1,659 square meters prior to the land size E in Chungcheongnam-si, indication 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1 of the annexed drawings.
1. On March 11, 2015, the Plaintiff was awarded a successful bid of KRW 1,659 square meters prior to the wife population E. The Defendants possess the structures indicated in the relevant land and its ground, and thus, the Defendants are obligated to deliver the said land to the Plaintiff, remove each of the above structures, and jointly and severally, remove the said structures from March 16, 2015 to the time the delivery of the said land is completed. The Defendants are obligated to pay unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent of KRW 2,737,350 each month from March 16, 2015 to the time the delivery of the said land is completed.
2. Judgment without any ground (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
