1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 24,250,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 30, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
In addition to the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement in Gap evidence 1-1 through 3, it is recognized that the plaintiff loaned KRW 18,60,000 to the defendant on May 6, 2015, and KRW 4,650,000 on May 7, 2015, and KRW 1,000,000 on July 10, 2015, and the repayment period is set at one month after the respective lending date.
According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff a total of KRW 24,250,000 (= KRW 18,600,000) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from January 30, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the service date of the original copy of the instant payment order, which the plaintiff seeks after each due date.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
