1. It shall be confirmed that each real estate listed in the separate sheet is owned by the plaintiff;
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by each person;
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Matters on the ownership change in the register for each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each land of this case”) are as follows:
1) The real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”).
- On April 25, 1980, C completed the registration of ownership transfer due to inheritance due to consultation and division made on February 11, 2008 by D on September 15, 1998 - on March 7, 2012, the Plaintiff shall complete the registration of ownership transfer due to the Plaintiff’s donation on February 12, 2012 (hereinafter “instant two land”) - the registration of ownership transfer due to the sale on February 26, 1979 by C on March 26, 1979 – the registration of ownership transfer due to the transfer on January 31, 200; and the registration of ownership transfer due to the Plaintiff’s share transfer on September 31, 200 and each of the two/7 shares due to inheritance on September 15, 1998 (hereinafter “the entire list of shares transferred on March 21, 201”) and the entire list of shares transferred on March 21, 2013”.
- On April 25, 1980, C completed the registration of ownership transfer based on inheritance by consultation and division on December 29, 201, which was completed on September 15, 1998 by the Plaintiff. Around October 2017, the Plaintiff shall conduct a surveying of boundary restoration for each of the instant land, and a house located on the ground of the instant 1 and 2 land (hereinafter “instant housing”).

2. A person registered as an owner in respect of the judgment and conclusion real estate shall be subject to legitimate procedures and causes.
