1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 52,280,00 and 6% per annum from June 20, 2020 to September 2, 2020.

Reasons

1. The judgment deemed as a confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act) on February 2, 199, the Defendant received the original copy of the instant payment order and submitted only a written objection against the formal payment order, but did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting any specific written response, and thus, it is deemed that the Plaintiff’s assertion was led to the confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
