1. The Defendants jointly pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from May 15, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Recognizing the facts of the cause of the claim indicated in the Plaintiff’s separate sheet, the Defendants are jointly obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the interest and delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum pursuant to the Plaintiff’s claim within the scope of the agreed rate from May 15, 2019 (the day following the last delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case) to the date of complete payment, as agreed upon by the Plaintiff, within the scope of the agreed rate.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and all of them are accepted, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
