Reasons

The summary of the facts charged of this case is that the defendant assaulted the victim D (Nam and 48 years of age) by her hand at the "C" restaurant located in Gangnam-si B on April 10, 2020, which is located in Gangnam-si B at around 23:30, which is a crime falling under Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act and cannot be prosecuted against the victim's express intention under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act. According to the written agreement submitted by the prosecutor on June 1, 2020, the fact that the victim has withdrawn his/her wish to punish the defendant can be acknowledged, so the prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
