However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant, as the owner of B Launa car, failed to pay taxes of a total of KRW 1.7 million and fines for negligence, etc., on November 26, 2009, was unable to normally operate the front license plate from the reception of the front license plate from the reception of the front license plate on November 26, 2009. The Defendant arbitrarily created a car license plate and carried it onto the said string car.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the right, the defendant forged the public office's marks, and exercised them.

On April 11, 2011, the Defendant: (a) posted a forged registration number plate on the front and carried; (b) discovered the number plate to be seized to Naju public officials; and (c) had the said number plate forged and use it again; (d) forged one motor vehicle registration number plate B in the same manner as that of paragraph (1) at his/her dwelling at around April 11, 201; and (e) attached the forged number plate on the front of a rocketing motor vehicle immediately thereafter, and operated the said motor vehicle from April 11, 201 to March 15:30, 201.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the right, the defendant forged the public office's marks, and exercised them.
