1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 50,000,000 won and the period from April 12, 2006 to May 18, 2006.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Defendants 1 and 2 of the applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act). Defendant 3: Judgment by deemed confession (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
