Reasons

1. On September 19, 2001, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant with this Court Order 2001Da24727, and filed a lawsuit again to extend the extinctive prescription period for the extension of the extinctive prescription period as stated in the order of September 19, 2001.
