1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 311,493,358 and the interest rate thereon from March 14, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the request shall be as shown in the attached Form;
(2) Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment made by a person who is deemed as a confession) of the Civil Procedure Act;
