On May 5, 2017, the Defendant sent approximately 3 meters of the pipe to the fence installed by connecting the hack pipe to a street in order to display the Defendant’s land with a boundary on the Defendant’s land. On May 12:35, 2017, the Defendant sent approximately 3 meters of the pipe with the hacksaw (a total length of about 30cm).

As a result, the Defendant cut the hack pipe owned by the victim into a hacksaw, thereby damaging the hack pipe equivalent to the market price of 22,00 won.
