1. Defendant D among the distribution schedule prepared by the same court on March 27, 2014 with respect to the distribution procedure case of the Incheon District Court GJ case.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The J’s issuance of promissory notes against the Defendants 1) On October 30, 201, the J issued promissory notes with the face value of KRW 330,00,000 to Defendant D as the addressee (hereinafter “issuance of Promissory Notes 1”).
(2) On June 17, 2013, KNJ acting on its behalf issued a notarized bill to Defendant D on June 17, 2013 as a notary public of the same law office, No. 245. 2) On November 15, 2012, J issued a promissory note with the face value of KRW 230,00,000 (hereinafter “issuance of Promissory Notes”) to Defendant E as the addressee, and on June 17, 2013, K who represented J signed a notarized bill as a notary public of Defendant E on June 17, 2013 with the face value of KRW 230,00.
3) On September 10, 201, J issued Promissory Notes with Defendant F as the addressee and with face value of KRW 350,000,000 (hereinafter “issuance of Promissory Notes”) (hereinafter “Issuance of Promissory Notes”).
(B) On September 9, 2013, KNJ acting on behalf of the J, drafted a notarial deed of bills to Defendant F with the mission of the law firm in accordance with Article 2154. B. On April 9, 2010, the Plaintiff A leased from J on April 9, 2010 to KRW 46,00,000 the lease deposit amount (hereinafter “the instant house”) No. 202 of the Incheon Southern-gu M&A (hereinafter “the instant house”) and thereafter completed the move-in report by paying the lease deposit.
2) On May 28, 2007, Plaintiff B leased KRW 104 of this case’s Housing KRW 35,000,000 from J, and around that time, the said lease deposit was paid, and the moving-in report was completed. 3) On November 6, 2009, Plaintiff C leased the instant Housing No. 103 from J for KRW 45,00,000, and around that time, paid the said lease deposit and completed the move-in report.
4 The Plaintiffs filed a lawsuit against J after the termination of each of the above lease agreements upon the expiration of the termination thereof, and Plaintiff A filed a lawsuit to refund the lease deposit with the J on December 19, 2013, as this Court 2013da75495, Plaintiff B, January 11, 2012, this Court 201Ga79837, and Plaintiff C, January 2012.
