The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On October 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the part of the victim F (the 33 years old), who was the victim F (the 33 years old), who was in front of the E Hospital located in Suwon-gu, 21:00 Busan, was fluencing his son, to play an excessive role in his son; and (b) was fluencing the victim’s back head and fluencing the victim’s back head on one hand.
2. The case is a crime falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act and cannot be prosecuted against the victim's express intent under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act. According to the records, the victim can be acknowledged as having withdrawn his/her wish to punish the defendant on June 23, 2017. Thus, the prosecution against the defendant is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
