1. The Defendants jointly and severally against the Plaintiff KRW 131,33,100 and Defendant A with respect thereto.

Reasons

1. From November 1, 2014 to December 29, 2015, the Plaintiff supplied the goods to the Defendants. Since the Defendants are in a partnership business relationship or are held liable under Article 24 of the Commercial Act, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the price for the goods at KRW 131,33,100 and the delay damages.
