except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

When the Defendant became aware of Grade 3 B with intellectual disability, the Defendant purchased real estate in the above name and purchased the vehicle with loans from the above name as if there were property under the above B, and then planned to sell the vehicle as a “defluent car” without transfer of the name, and to acquire profits by the method of not paying the loans.

1. Crimes related to the purchase of real estate;

A. On February 25, 2008, the Defendant: (a) at a certified judicial scrivener office where the location is unknown; (b) made the computer buyer as “B; and (c) printed out the sales contract on “No. 909 of the building of the building of the Gyeonggi-do, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do; and (d) marked the “45,600,000” on the total price column to be a black pen; and (b) marked the said B’s seal prior to the name of the said B.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a sales contract in the name of the above B, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. Around February 26, 2008, the Defendant had a registered public official who is unable to know his/her name that he/she is guilty of the forgery submit a forged sales contract as if it was duly constituted, and exercised it.

C. The Defendant had a registry official whose name is unknown at the date, time, and place of the above B B, enter and store the registration of ownership transfer based on sale and purchase on February 25, 2008 in the real estate registration data processing system in the above 909, and made a false report with respect to a public official, which is a public electronic record, entered false facts in the real estate registration register, which is a public electronic record.

The Defendant, at the above date, at the above time and place, allowed perusal of the real estate register in which false facts were stored, and exercised this.

2. Crimes related to the purchase of digging machines;

A. On March 12, 2008, the Defendant, at the coffee shop near Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, e.g., by using a color pen.
