절도등
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On March 28, 2015, from around 02:00 to 03:00, the Defendant cited one mobile phone (S2) equivalent to KRW 90,00 of the market price owned by the victim E, which was set up by the victim E, and was set up in a soup room of d sandbry located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul.

(d)
On September 20, 2015, the Defendant removed a seal for the prevention of theft from 5 C, a total of KRW 734,600,00 in the market price managed by the Victim K at J Alcoholic Beverages located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., Ulsan-gu, and then cut off by inserting it in advance.
E. On September 20, 2015, from around 15:00 to around 16:00, the Defendant removed seals equivalent to 250,000 won of the market price managed by the victim H at a store located in G located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, which was then placed in a bank prepared for the prevention of theft, and then stolen it.
F. On October 5, 2015, at around 20:00, the Defendant removed seals equivalent to KRW 68,000 of the market price managed by the injured Party N from the liquor stores located in Ulsandong-gu L (hereinafter “Sullar”), and then placed them in the prepared bags to prevent theft.
2. On October 7, 2015, the market price managed by the victim N in a M beverage located in Ulsan-gu L on October 7, 2015.
