1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. As to each land listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1, 2015 due to sale and purchase on January 18, 2015.

Reasons

1. Factual basis

A. The C Regional Housing Association Establishment Promotion Committee (hereinafter “instant promotion committee”) established a housing association to carry out the construction project of multi-family housing in Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, and concluded a service contract with Taeyang L&C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “T&C”) with respect to related business affairs.

B. On January 18, 2015, the instant promotion committee and Taeyang L&C concluded a sales contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with the Defendant on the following terms (hereinafter “instant building”) with respect to each of the land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”) and the land listed in the separate sheet No. 2, 3, 4, and 1,000 square meters in order to connect each of the items in the (A) section (a) section (a), the first floor, the second floor, the second floor, the 38.69 square meters in size, the indication 5,66 square meters in drawings, the second floor, the second floor, the second floor, and 38.6 square meters in size, and 106 square meters in size in the (b) section (hereinafter “instant building”).

(Article 4(2) of the Contract. (3) The status of the buyer may be transferred, and the seller agrees to such transfer, and the buyer transfers the status of the buyer upon notification of transfer to the seller.

(4) The seller who replaces the purchase price with the payment shall be approximately 10% of the average sale price of the general partners at the time of concluding the contract for the sale.
