The judgment below

Even if examining the reasoning in light of evidence, the lower court did not exhaust all necessary deliberations but did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding the establishment of fraud, the number of crimes, the suspension of statute of limitations, the alteration of indictment, the principle of non-defluence, and the probative value of evidence to acknowledge guilt, or by omitting judgment, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
