1. The defendant is jointly and severally with C as to KRW 221,218,181 and KRW 221,202,158 among them to the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;

Judgment deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act that the Defendant did not submit a formal objection to the payment order without disputing the Plaintiff’s assertion and did not appear on the date of pleading.
