1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver 75.60 square meters of geographical strata among the real estate listed in the attached list;
(b) 21,800,000 Won;
Reasons
1. On April 15, 2014, the Plaintiff terminated the lease contract (a deposit: KRW 10,000,000 per month; KRW 900,000 per month) with the Defendant on April 15, 2014, on the ground that the Defendant’s delinquency in rent was attributable to the Defendant indicating the claim, and accordingly, claims the delivery of the said real estate as restitution, and also claims the payment of overdue rent and the return of unjust enrichment on the rent.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
