1. The defendant shall pay 130,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 29, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On September 18, 2002, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant for the Gosung-gun C 12,690, and paid 130,000,000 won out of the purchase price (the contract deposit and the first intermediate payment of KRW 80,000,000, the second intermediate payment of KRW 50,000), but the Plaintiff agreed with the Defendant to receive the said money around March 20, 208, and thus, filed a claim for payment of the said money.
