【Criminal Facts】

1. On October 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was asked about personal information in front of the Kju-gun located in the second floor of Gyeongnam-gun I; and (b) was asked about the above M in order to identify the situation of the instant case from the Kju-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, upon receiving a report from 112, who was called out to the Kju-gun; and (c) the above M in order to identify the situation of the instant case.
