1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 36,039,744 and the amount of KRW 35,374,286 from November 26, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the defendant only raised a formal objection after being served with the original copy of the payment order, and was absent on the date of pleading, so all of the plaintiff's assertions in accordance with Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act is deemed to have been led to the confession of all of the plaintiff's assertions in accordance with Article 150 (3).
