Punishment of the crime
On September 14, 2014, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven a B-type cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 5 km from the front of the building that may not know about a circulation located in the source of Young-gu, Suwon-si to the front of the road located in the Pyeongtaek-dong in the same city area.
