Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
1. Around August 2011, the Defendant was issued a resident registration certificate and a certified copy of resident registration certificate of the victim under the name of documents necessary for loans, by inserting an advertisement to the effect that he/she would lend a loan to a living information site on or around August 2011.
On August 21, 2011, the Defendant stated that “Around August 21, 2011, the Defendant sent a victim again at a cafeteria located in the north-dong in the north-dong of the port, “it is necessary to delete the record because it is difficult to grant a loan from the court due to exemption and bankruptcy records.”
However, there was no intention or ability to provide a loan even if the victim receives money from the victim.

2. The Defendant had forged B’s application for Internet service under B’s name with the same background as that of the B’s resident registration certificate as that of the B’s resident registration certificate on the ground of the forgery of private document, the uttering of the falsified document, and the fraud.
On August 18, 2011, the Defendant forged a private document stating “B” in the applicant column of the LGpller Internet service application form.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of an Internet service application in the name of private document B, which is a private document related to rights and obligations.
(2) The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as in the preceding paragraph, submitted to the staff in charge of LG Plus an application for Internet service in the name of forged B as if the document was duly formed.
(3) On August 201, 201, the Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as in the preceding paragraph, deceiving the staff in charge of the victim (ju)LG Plus by submitting a forged service application as if the application was genuine.
