The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On June 28, 2018, the Defendant, at around 08:30 of the Defendant’s house located in the north-gu building B (205) north-gu building B in North Korea, assaulted the victim’s face, shoulder, and spawd with the victim’s hand by making it possible for the victim to have the victim’s boomed with the victim’s hand, and assaulted the victim’s face, shoulder, and spawd part by drinking.
2. Grounds;
(a) Applicable legal provisions: Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
C. After the prosecution of this case, a written agreement that contains the victim C’s expression of intention not to punish the victim C is submitted.
(d) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
