1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
On August 9, 2018, pursuant to Articles 117(1), 117(2), and 120 of the Civil Procedure Act, this Court ordered the Plaintiff to provide security for the costs of lawsuit ex officio, and the said order was served on the Plaintiff on August 10, 2018.
However, since the plaintiff did not provide the security within the period specified in the above order to provide the security, it is so decided as per Disposition by the court below to dismiss the lawsuit of this case without pleading pursuant to the main sentence of Article 124 of the Civil Procedure
