1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 35,006,793 as well as 5% per annum from April 29, 1998 to February 28, 2005.

Reasons

1. On July 21, 2005, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit claiming unjust enrichment against the Defendant by filing a judgment against the Seoul Western District Court 2005da29781, and became final and conclusive around that time after obtaining a judgment identical with the purport of the claim on July 21, 2005. The Plaintiff filed the lawsuit in this case for the interruption of extinctive prescription.
