1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

1. The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as follows: the court of first instance except for the addition of "A No. 7, 8 (including paper numbers), 11 through 13" to the grounds for recognition in the third part of the judgment of the court of first instance, and therefore, it is just to take the first instance court's measure to limit the attorney's fees agreed in this case to 20% on the ground that it contravenes the principle of good faith and the principle of equity. Thus, the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
