1. On February 24, 2017, at around 15:40 on February 24, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol and reported the victim C (65 years) who is a neighboring resident, to see the victim C (65 years of age) at his/her home, and forced her arms, and forced her arms to be forced, refused by the victim, and led the victim not to enter.

On March 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed violence against E, etc. at the D Apartment Management Office of Busan Metropolitan City around 09:5 on March 9, 2017; (b) was arrested as a flagrant offender suspected of assault, etc.; and (c) was in the presence of the suspect room located in Seocheon-si Police Station H District of Busan Metropolitan City from 10:38 to 10:38 on the same day.
