The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, Article 2-2 of the facts constituting the crime of the first instance judgment on the grounds

(a) (i), Doz., Maz. and 2-C;

The judgment that found the criminal facts stated in the port guilty is justifiable, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there is no violation of the rules of logic and experience and the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or there is no violation

Meanwhile, the Defendant appealed to the remaining guilty portion of the judgment below, but there is no indication of the grounds for appeal in the petition of appeal and no statement of the grounds for appeal is found in the appellate brief.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
