1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 84,635,683 and KRW 83,574,73 from January 8, 2020 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff,” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be a “Defendant,” and “a debtor corporation shall be deemed to be a “Defendant.”
