The defendant shall pay 250,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from July 24, 2020 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Claim: (a) The Defendant’s indication of the claim shall assume joint and several obligations jointly and severally with C and D; (b) the due date for repayment shall be determined as July 5, 2017 and the Plaintiff shall be refunded the loan of KRW 100,000,000 from January 10, 2017 to March 27, 2017 under a loan for consumption concluded between the Plaintiff and C and the Plaintiff on March 27, 2017; and (c) the Plaintiff shall demand the return of the loan of KRW 250,000,000 from January 16, 2017 to KRW 50,000 from January 16, 2017; and (d) the repayment of the loan of KRW 250,000,000 from March 29, 200.
