A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.
Punishment of the crime
On September 6, 2019, the Defendant came to know of the victim B (the name, the 12 years of age) through the “ smartphone-making hosting displayer,” and came to know of the fact that the victim was the 6th grade of elementary school, and then came to know of the fact that the victim was the 6th grade of elementary school, and came to talk with the victim in order to have sexual intercourse with the victim.
1. At around 17:00 on September 7, 2019, the Defendant sent the victim to peace-ro, 2539, while driving the said vehicle to the head of the Defendant’s CM5 car operation and driving the said vehicle to the underground parking lot for the same time as approximately 2 km away from the 2km away from the Defendant’s personal location while driving the vehicle.

4. On September 14, 2019, around 13:00 on September 14, 2019, the Defendant met the victim before the Boducheon-si, 2539, but went to the Defendant’s passenger car as stated in the foregoing paragraph 1, and then 14:0 on the same day.
