On November 4, 2016, the disposition to revoke the designation of the Chinese travel agent, which the respondent has made against the applicant on November 4, 2016, shall suspend its effect until the 30th day from the date of sentencing of the case of revocation of the designation of the Chinese travel agent in exclusive charge of China.

According to the explanation of the applicant's submission, it is recognized that there is an urgent need to prevent damage difficult to recover from damage caused to the applicant due to the revocation of the designation of the above Chinese travel agency, and there is no other data that can be deemed to have a significant impact on public welfare due to the suspension of validity
