In light of the records, the court below’s decision to reverse the first deliberation on the facts charged of this case and to not guilty on the grounds that there is no proof of crime as to the facts charged of this case is just, and there is no error of exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or of misapprehending the legal principles on constructive acceptance

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
