On May 1, 2013, around 03:10 on May 1, 2013, the Defendant was asked to check “the head of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E District Police Station E District F, and G police officers, who called out after receiving a report that they spacing the spaced at the main points”, to stop “the head of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E District Police Station E District F, who was called out.”

The Defendant expressed to police officers the expression “here-gu,” “Ne-gu, friet, fe-fe-gu,” and fe-fe-gu, fe-fat, and assaulted police officers, such as: (a) fe-fat’s fe-fat; (b) fe-fat’s fe-fat; (c) flat’s fe-fat’s fe-sat; and (d) felg’s fe-fat’s fe-sat; and

In this way, the defendant interfered with police officers' legitimate dispatch of 112 reports.
