However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On September 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by compulsion; (b) on September 13, 2014, the Defendant: (c) committed an indecent act by compulsion; (d) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by inserting his/her finger by inserting his/her finger into the victim’s shoulder in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu; (e) 47 years of age; and (e) putting his/her finger into the victim’s shoulder at the house and inside the house of the victim D (hereinafter referred to as “the victim was given a miscarriage by having her fingerd with her fingers; and (e) raising his/her finger into the victim’s shoulder; and (e) raising the victim’s face by taking the victim’s her finger into her face; and (e) raising the victim’s her face by taking the victim’s her hand into her face, thereby causing an indecent act for 14 days.

2. Refusal to eviction;

A. On September 13, 2014, the Defendant, at the same time and place as that set forth in paragraph (1), was forced to commit an indecent act against the victim D, as set forth in paragraph (1), and was demanded from the victim to change from home.

However, the defendant does not respond to it and does not leave the victim's family until his/her father/he/she reported to the police at around 02:39 on the same day without justifiable grounds.

However, the defendant's refusal to comply with the notification of F on the same day at around 07:40 on the same day, and until the police officer dispatched to F on the same day arrives, the defendant left the scene and leaves the scene without justifiable grounds.
