On May 28, 2015, Defendant A, at around 18:20, performed drinking on the front of the victim B (the age of 45), fluencing alcohol, such as the victim B (the age of 45) who was fluencing the drinking on the road located in Heung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju, and used 60cm in total length, 20cm in length, and assaulted the victim’s face and bridge.

A.
