1. The defendant shall pay 35,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from January 5, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff claiming the payment of KRW 35,00,000 to the Defendant on July 16, 2014. As such, the Plaintiff sought payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the delivery of a copy of the above loans and its related bills to the day of full payment.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
