A. On October 7, 2009, the Plaintiff concluded each of the following insurance contracts with the Defendant (a post office under the jurisdiction of the Defendant) by designating the insured as B, and the beneficiary of the insurance as the Plaintiff:

(1) On October 7, 209, 200,000 won per day of hospitalization (120 days per day of hospitalization) x 40,000 won per 20,000 won per day of hospitalization (120,000 won per day of hospitalization) per 130,000 won per day of hospitalization or per day of hospitalization per 200,000 won per 120,000 won per day of hospitalization per 200,000 won per 30,000 won or more per day of hospitalization per 310,000 won per day of hospitalization due to 310,000 won or more per day of hospitalization per 30,000 won per day of hospitalization due to the installments of disability rate of 1,200,000 won per day of hospitalization per 30,000 won or more per day of hospitalization per 310,000 won per day of hospitalization per 30,000 won or more per day of hospitalization per day of hospitalization.

(b) The contents of each insurance contract; 1) Article 13 (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) of the Terms and Conditions of Lyro Regular Insurance (1) A communications agency shall pay the insurance money agreed upon to the person who receives the insurance money (beneficiary) when any of the following events occurs to the insured (insured) during the insurance period (see attached Table 1 of the Standard Table for Payment of Insurance Money):
