A is a person who is operating a rental car driving school under the name of J, and Defendant B is a person who takes charge of students and management at the above driving driving school, and Defendant C is a person in charge of accounting, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant F, Defendant G, and Defendant H is a driving instructor.
1. No person who fails to register a driving school without registration of Defendant A, B, or C shall conduct the driving education for automobiles, etc. conducted in the name of a driving school, etc. outside of a driving school, etc. in return for payment, or by lending it in the name of a driving school, etc.;
Nevertheless, Defendant A: (a) from December 2013 to March 2015, at the office located in K 2 in Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si to December 2015; (b) on the outside, attached the signboard “J” as if he/she is operating a siren; and (c) actually leased a motor vehicle to be used for driving training; and (d) placed the job offer advertisement called “solicitation of drivers” or “Recruitment of instructors for driving training” at living information and Internet recruitment sites; and paid KRW 100,000 per hour of driving training under the condition that he/she pays KRW 10,000 per hour of driving training, Defendant A’s indictment No. 28 [work period] column of [Attachment 28] of the indictment [Attachment 28].

After employing 124 drivers who reside in various regions across the country, such as Seoul, Busan, Daegu, and Chungcheongnam-Nam, as described above, driving education was provided to many unspecified drivers.
At this time, Defendant A presents tuition fees of KRW 230,00 for small-sized vehicles, KRW 250,00 for medium-sized vehicles, KRW 270,00 for medium-sized vehicles, and SUV for 270,000 for 10 hours for education from elementary drivers who wish to receive driving education by opening the website of “L” and “M” on the Internet as if they operate a normal driving school.
