A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
The defendant shall pay 450,000 won to the applicant for compensation by deceit.

Punishment of the crime
1. On October 21, 2010, the Defendant of criminal records was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Suwon District Court Ansan Branch on October 21, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 29, 2010. On November 25, 2011, the Incheon District Court sentenced ten months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court, and on December 3, 2011, the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 3, 2011, and the said suspension of execution becomes null and void and conclusive on August 14, 2012, and the parole period expired on October 3, 2012.

A. B. On July 11, 2013, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, issued a warrant of arrest against the Defendant at HPC bank located G in Guangsi-si on July 11, 2013, and called for arresting the Defendant.
