A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle B in high-priced car.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by its occupational negligence, the injury to the victim C and the victims G (35) who are their passengers, about two weeks of light tensions, tensions, etc., and the injury to the victim E (56 years of age) in light of the climatic salt, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of treatment; the injury to the victim E (56 years of age); the injury to the right climatic salt, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim H (21 years of age); and the injury to the right climatic salt, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim I (31 years of age), who is the passenger, to the victim I (31 years of age) for approximately two weeks of treatment.
