Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

1. Around April 30, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driven a DSS7 car at a section of about 100 meters from the Jinhae-gu B apartment Cdong parking lot in Changwon-si, Jinwon-si to the ground parking lot, while under the influence of alcohol of at least 0.080% of alcohol of blood.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving a DSS7 car.

At around 22:19 on April 30, 2020, the Defendant: (a) driven the said car and left-hand turn at the Jinwon-si B apartment Cdong parking lot, which was under the influence of alcohol and left-hand turn; (b) failed to accurately operate the operation and steering gear, and (c) obstructed the back part of the F rocketing and steering gear owned by the victim E, which was parked at the same time, into the front part of the Defendant’s car, so that the said rocketing car would amount to KRW 618,232 on the right-hand side of the Defendant’s car, and left the scene without providing the victim with personal information.
