except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant does not work at a disabled organization and has no relationship with the president of the disabled organization, and there is no authority in relation to the employment of employees, so fact does not have the intent or ability to employ the victims as employees of the disabled organization even if he/she receives money in return for employment with the victim C.

Nevertheless, around September 27, 2013, the Defendant, at the 5th security guards of the above apartment complex located in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, the Defendant, stating that “in Korea, the security guards of the above apartment complex, who work for the Defendant, work as the security guards of the above apartment complex, left the center of the Association of Persons with Disabilities. There is a place used by the Chairperson, which is friendly with the chairman to be newly elected at the Association of Persons with Disabilities. Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
