1. Defendant A, who completed the marriage report with C on February 22, 2002, was a spouse, and Defendant A, who was sexual intercourse with B around October 11, 2014 at the Eel 201 room located in Mineyang-si D around October 9, 2014.

2. Defendant B knew that he was a spouse of the above A, the Defendant was sexual intercourse with A once, as described in the above 1.
