1. A sales contract concluded on September 28, 2012 between the defendant and the non-party B regarding the real estate stated in attached Table No. 1.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On January 13, 2012, Nonparty B entered into a contract with the Plaintiff for the construction cost of KRW 1.1 billion (excluding value-added tax) and the construction period from January 19, 2012 to June 20, 2012.

B On September 28, 2012, on the following day: (a) sold each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”) to the Defendant for KRW 1.5 billion (hereinafter “instant sales contract”); and (b) November 22, 2012, each of the instant real estate was completed on September 28, 2012 in the Defendant’s name as to each of the instant real estate.
