【Criminal Power】 The Defendant and the person subject to a request for the attachment order (hereinafter “Defendant”) are the persons who were sentenced to imprisonment for ten months or more with prison labor and two years of suspended execution on August 9, 2007 due to the crime of rape and injury resulting from rape in the same court on August 22, 2002.

【Criminal Facts】 From around 2012, the Defendant had liveded with the victim C (the age of 54) from around 2014, who was widely known as “D (the age of 57)” in Yongcheon-si from around 2014 and the above victim C’s incompetence relationship, and experienced conflicts with the victims.

1. 3. On August 1, 2014, the Defendant entering a residence is located in Youngcheon-si G in order to comply with internal ties with the above C around 01:40.
