However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On June 28, 2018, the Defendant found the number plate of the “E” two-wheeled vehicle from the alleyway near the “C” located in Namyang-si, Namyang-si.

The defendant did not follow necessary procedures such as returning the number plates he acquired as above to the victim and did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. No person shall forge, alter, or unlawfully use a license plate of a two-wheeled motor vehicle, or trade, assist in the trade, give or receive, or use any forged or altered license plate of a two-wheeled motor vehicle;

Nevertheless, on June 29, 2018, the Defendant attached the “E” number plate acquired as described in paragraph 1. to the said two-wheeled automobile for the purpose of exercising the unregistered CBR600R purchased from G to operate a two-wheeled automobile in front of the Defendant’s residence located in the F in Chuncheon City.

On September 14:15, 2018, the Defendant operated the two-wheeled automobile with a license plate of the two-wheeled automobile, which was found as above, at H in Chuncheon-si H.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the number plate of two-wheeled vehicles, air units, etc. for the purpose of exercising them as above, and exercised the air units illegally used.

3. The Defendant is a holder of a two-wheeled automobile, unregistered CBR 600R, in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation.

No owner of any motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, on September 9, 2018, the Defendant operated a two-wheeled automobile that was not covered by mandatory insurance at H in Chuncheon-si, Hacheon-si.
